I used to have sinus infections at least twice a year and finally went to the doctor - he prescribed Maxifed. The medicine worked for me so I asked the Pharmacist what was in it and what I could get that was comparable as I couldn't afford a doctor visit every time my head got stopped up. She recommended Advil Cold & Sinus and I haven't looked back. This medicine is the best thing going for a stuffy head. You have to buy this from the pharmacist as there is a restriction on the amount and frequency of purchase because of the active ingredient, pseudoephedrine but any effort to buy it is well worth it. This works in no time without making you drowsy.
