Need a convenient way to extend the life of your changing pad? The secret to the Basic Comfort Ultra Plush changing pad cover is the Velboa fabric. Used frequently in baby blankets and plush dolls, Velboa is a synthetic fabric that is extremely soft, and almost fur-like. Being synthetic lends to its practical use given its stain-resistant and machine-washable properties. Even though it was made for Basic Comfort changing pads, the Ultra Plush changing pad cover will fit standard 16-by-34-inch changing pads and accommodates security straps as well. We purchased this cover for our Nightstar Eco-Friendly Contour Changing Pad. It fits well and is incredibly soft. I recommend paying attention the the costs of the different colors as some are more expensive or do not qualify for free shipping. The color we chose was ecru and it looks just like the picture. We plan to purchase additional covers like this one.

The changing pad cover is very soft and fits appropriately. The only problem is that it is NOT sage in color; it is more of a lime green. I had read this in another review and chose to purchase it anyway, but was disappointed when the product arrived and sure enough, it is lime green. If you are looking for a bright green changing pad this is a great one, if you want a sage changing cover keep looking.

Not much to add here. The pad cover is as advertised, very soft and fits the matching pad well. Haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it handles that.

My son occasionally likes to pee when we change his diaper, so having a plush changing pad is pretty stupid. It's super soft and can make the nursery look cuter, but it's useless. We just place our son on the actual changing pad, so that we can wipe up his messes when necessary.
