I am having some tendons or joint pains in the elbow. Some time, after hiking I have some muscle or again joint pains. I had great hopes but I cannot say I felt any better after using this product.
 Pain relief for torn ligaments and bone fractures September 1, 2010

I am using it for bone fractures and partially torn ligaments right now (in the lisfranc complex). It does help with the pain as I stopped using all other pain medications as it does feel it is helping the tissues regenerate as well. I apply it directly to the skin (careful to avoid open wounds) and also use dry skin lotion as this dries out the skin a bit. I think the mix of Chinese herbs helps with blood circulation in the feet which is an area with poor blood circulation. Blood supply helps speed the bone and ligament healing and this lotion has been amazing for helping me with bone fractures and the torn tissues. I am carefull not to touch the eyes and think it might stain clothes so I let it dry out well before you putting clothes on. This is my personal experience and thought I'd share as it might help others.

Zheng Gu Shul seemed to help my sore shoulder. My shoulder and bicep were both stiff
and sore...mostly at nite. the spray helped somewhat and helped me get to sleep.
I'll probally order some more when this bottle is empty.
